We are currently seeking a dedicated Female Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team in Lagos and support our growth.

As a Virtual Assistant at Studynets Limited, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operations, improving customer experience, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. You will work closely with various departments to manage tasks, communicate effectively with clients, and assist in organizing our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.

  • Handle email correspondence and manage inboxes.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Conduct research and compile data as needed.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

  • Provide information about our programs and services.

  • Assist in resolving customer issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.

  • Update website content and ensure accuracy.

  • Help prepare marketing materials and newsletters.

  • Support the coordination and execution of events and webinars.

  • Assist in organizing educational programs and workshops.

  • Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Update and maintain customer databases.

  • Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a Virtual Assistant or in related fields are a plus.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.

  • Experience in customer service and handling inquiries.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Location : Remote (applicant must reside in Lagos)

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: ₦70,000 monthly for the first two months of probation.

  • Working hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
