These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the StudyNets platform ("Platform") provided by StudyNets Ltd., a company registered in the United Kingdom and registered office at 4 Dumfries street Luton and StudyNets Nigeria Ltd., a company registered in Nigeria with company number.By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. User Eligibility:
a. The Platform is available to individuals aged 13 and above. If you are under the age of 13, you must obtain parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.
b. You shall provide accurate and complete information during registration and ensure that it remains up-to-date.

2. Account Creation and Security:
a. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
b. You shall immediately notify StudyNets Ltd. or StudyNets Nigeria Ltd. of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
c. StudyNets Ltd. or StudyNets Nigeria Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if it believes that your account has been compromised or used in violation of this Agreement.

3. Platform Usage:
a. The Platform is intended for educational purposes only. You may access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial use.
b. You agree not to:
i. Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
ii. Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its associated networks.
iii. Modify, adapt, or hack the Platform.
iv. Transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
c. StudyNets Ltd. or StudyNets Nigeria Ltd. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform without prior notice if you breach any of these terms.

4. Content Ownership:
a. The Platform may contain educational materials, including text, graphics, videos, and other content ("Content").
b. StudyNets Ltd. or StudyNets Nigeria Ltd. retains all ownership rights to the Content, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights.
c. You may only use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes and shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative
